Being a poor college student, I have to make my money stretch. Este has the best pizza for your money in the whole state. Need a quick lunch? Drop by and grab two (BIG) slices of must-fold-to-eat pizza and a drink for a little over five bucks! The staff are friendly and attentive. Don't expect to be served pineapple on your pizza here, (EWW) because Este's just won't comply. To make it a night, grab a whole pizza and check out their selection of local brews and choices of wines. This place has me addicted :)
Pros: Yummy pizza, friendly service, sweet-ass decor, good beer choices
Cons: Hmm...honestly can't think of one. Though i do wish they were open Sunday for lunches too.

i'm from n.y. and they just don't have it. the crust isn't cooked enough [it should almost be burnt] and the attitude just isn't there.

After visiting New York a few times, I craved the slices of pizza that I ate late night standing on the street. I was stoked to find Este Pizza! The crust is perfectly thin, it cracks when you fold it! You can order by the pie or by the slice, which is done by choosing from a variety of pies in the display case which the employees heat in an over and deliver to your table. The thing that sets Este apart from others is that they don't try to overdo the sauces and the toppings. A thin crust, with a nice thin sauce and a few toppings make a great slice. There are many vegetarian and vegan options, too. The Italian Flag and Pink pizza are my favorites. The staff is very accommodating. The last time I went with my son I ordered a slice of cheese rather than vegetarian because I didn't want the green peppers that were on the pie. About 15 minutes later one of the workers brought me a slice of vegetarian, without peppers, that he ordered to be made after I had ordered plain cheese. Who else does that? There is a variety of beers on tap, too. The service is great and the food is better! Once you try Este you will be hard pressed to order pizza anywhere else in SLC. I's hard for me to admit that my seven year old is pizza snob, but he would rather not eat pizza if he can't have Este. Give it a try.
Pros: Parking, food, service
Cons: not open for lunch on Sunday (I am stretching for a CON)
