The carpets turned out great. The technician showed up on time, was clean, pleasant, and nice to speak to. He measured all of the carpet and gave me a written quote. He did a good job of explaining how he was going to get the carpet clean and did not pressure me into booking the job. I decided to get it cleaned right then and he actuallly brought in a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed the floors for me. The last company asked me to vacuum before they arrived. Once he was done the carpet looked great and he walked me through the areas to be sure I was pleased with the service. I will definately use Roayaty Stemers again!
Pros: The service and quality were superb
Cons: Their price was higher than the last company, but they did do a much better job and they vacuumed for me
