More than worth it! From the moment I walked in I was pampered with hot tea, a recliner and soothing video to relax me. Hearing surround sound and having a temperature controlled room made it all the more relaxing. It was obvious that the massage therapist I had was well trained and professional. The environment was all top of the line. The marble tile in room shower took it up another notch. If you want to be treated special and be in a high end place, this is it ! I'll be a regular.

I have tried many studios and therapists but have found none finer that at ZEN. The facility is amazing...they thought of everything to make the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I have taken my wife there and she enjoyed it as well. I have been going there for the past two years and have not needed to look any further for a great massage. The staff and facility is clean and respectable.

If you have ANY doubt as to the quality this place aspires to, just spend a few minutes on their website. The place is very elegant and classy with hand-painted asian art, tasteful decor and amazing rooms. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful and their massage is out-of-this-world! My only criticism is they get busy and it's not always easy to schedule an appointment on their busiest days. Also don't expect any discounts or sales. If you're looking for a cheap rub, there's plenty of places you can find, but if you're looking for the absolute best, you won't find a place that even comes close to this. As far as service quality and atmosphere, I think zen is as good as it gets.

Pros: Amazing service. Very professional and experienced staff. Great relaxing atmosphere.

Cons: Getting an appointment on busy days.

This is Zen Message Therapy. For a number of years I have searched the Salt Lake Valley for something as serene and elegant as Zen. Being a person in a high pressure sales position the therapy provided by Zen has been addictive and certainly an upward boost to ones good heath. The staff is exceptioal directed by owner operator Dr. Helen Litovsky. A number of different type of messages are available upon request. Their is something for all ages. The benefits are tremendous. After my sessions I feel as if I have a greater range of mobility and movement and peace of mind, I think this equates to relaxation. " Be good to yourself ". You will not find anything better.

I've never had a real professional massage before now, until I got one earlier today at Zen Massage. The atmosphere there is very tranquil and soothing. Even relaxing in the lounge on the comfy recliners while drinking some tea seems to immediately take some of that everyday stress away. I wasn't sure what to expect from a massage, But WOW, the massage went above and beyond expectations. Helen, the therapist, took her time to acknowledge and assess my needs, and gave me a massage that seemed to be fit just for me! The massage was so amazing and left me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated! It's defiantly the place to go for anyone seeking to get rid of any stress. I highly recommend it and I will for sure visit again!

Pros: Soothing atmosphere. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Clean. Amazing massages!

my fiancé really liked it and he would recommend any one to come here to check out the environment and the therapist was friendly to us. Well one bad thing was, on their web site it said there will be wireless connection available but when we came there, I can't even log in to the wireless. Well they said it was because the the host. Anyway, beside that, everything else was super great :)

I have had several massages here in Salt Lake and I have to say that Jacquelyn gave me the best massage ever. It was deep enough (for a change) and incredibly relaxing. The table was very comfy. Jacquelyn was so kind to me and made sure the room was warm enough and I was comfortable for the entire time. I liked how I didn't feel rushed and I got to sit and drink some water afterwards on the cozy couch. I highly recommend this place and I will go there again in a week or so.

Pros: Great therapist, great atmosphere, small and quiet

Cons: none that I can think of.

So why go to a SPA for a massage? ZEN is a private clinic SPECIALIZING in therapeutic bodywork. That is all they do and they are AWESOME at it. The services are not listed because every therapist on staff is trained in several techniques and they combine what they know to give you exactly the kind of massage your body needs. Nice, quiet lounge, very relaxing atmosphere. And of course, on-line scheduling! I love this feature and use it regularly as it tells me what's available any day of the week. If all you need is a truly good massage without the body-wrap/pedicure/salt-scrub combo I could not recommend a better place than ZEN.

I guess it's time to let the secret out. They deserve it. I have been to many local therapists and this is by far the cleanest, classiest, and most professional place in town. Not only is the therapy here top notch, but the place is so inviting you could sit on their couch all day. They even have a wireless access point for laptop users. This place is my favorite stop for a nice deep and relaxing massage, and if you have some stress to unload, you owe it to yourselves to try them out. Check their ad in Catalyst Magazine.

Pros: Immaculate, clean, comfortable

It is a home away from home. You can sit after your massages and relax, there is no rush to get you out the door. Kathryn was my massage therapist and I thought she did a terrific job. For someone so small she sure can give deep massage. I will definately go there again, SOON.
