Make you purchase a package and pay in advance for all services and then refused to give me my money back for future services I couldn't use because it was too painful for me. No where on does it state no refunds. They have terrible customer service. Double book appointments so you have to wait or not get your full treatment time or come back a second time to finish.
Pros: Convienent Location
Cons: No real medical staff, painful treatments

Take it from this burned patient. This place is only interested in getting your money. I went to this place when it was in Draper on about 4th East. These guys seem to move around a lot. The third treatment I was burned severely and it was only then that the 'doctor' saw me. Spend your money at a place where the doctor is actually involved. This place just rents space inside doctors offices! The doctor doesn't own it. I finally went to a competitor and had a much better experience.
Pros: It was close to my house.
Cons: Poorly trained, high pressure sales. Terrible experience.
