Brad Rich is the best! We never would have made it through our ordeal without him. He is confident, competent, and has a fantastic intuition. He is a bit pricey, but WORTH EVERY PENNY! You don't want to mess around with shoddy lawyers when it comes to criminal defense. I read the bad review about Xais, and I have no experience with him, so I have no comment on that. As far as Yengich goes, we heard from several different people that he has been nick-named "The Terminator" (in the positive connotation) and if you're in the deepest of deep trouble, he's a great choice. As far as I know, Yengich has the highest retainer fee in the firm, but you're making a statement just by hiring him. We were actually referred to Brad Rich by a relative who knew him personally. We had dealt with a bad attorney earlier in our case and changing to Brad was the single best choice we've ever made. Trust me when I say that the way he handled himself in the courtroom was both impressive and comforting. I hope we never need a criminal defense attorney again, but if I do or ever know anyone who does, I will send them to Rich or Yengich.

Bradley P. Rich is the absolute best attorney I have came across in my husbands and mine 12 month ordeal. He really did all he could to help us. And I truly think he believed in my husband and mines innocense. Thank you Brad you are the greatest!!!

No matter what you do don’t use this law office! Earl Xaiz is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Xaiz literally takes your money and then refuses to talk to you. He can never be reached. He won’t take your calls, he won’t see you, he's completely unavailable. Can you imagine giving someone thousands of dollars up front and then they do absolutely nothing, won’t talk to you, won't return calls, won’t meet with you, they just dodge you. You would be better served flushing your money down the toilet than hiring Earl Xaiz. I’m not exaggerating; this guy will take your money and run. Xaiz is so bad I wouldn’t trust anyone in the firm, don’t chance it look elsewhere.
Pros: Law Office has a well known name
Cons: Overpriced, No Communication, Arrogant
