How Ledingham propterties was voted "best of" is beyond me. The worst renting experience I have ever had. Had problems with the unit since day 1, and could never get Renee to return our calls ( not to mention she's not very pleasant to deal with). Our apartment flooded with the building's sewage after we had called the office numerous times to send a plumber to fix the problem, and that was just one of the issues. This management company has no idea what's going on. We often received notices with faulty fees, such as late fees for rent that we had paid on time. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else.

Ledingham Properties is a good company to manage your property. They charge reasonable rates and do a good job. I would recommend.

Rene and Mike (Ledingham) have by far been the best property owners I have ever had to deal with. They are quick and responsive when something breaks down, they send professional bonded repair people out to our home (as opposed to an odd ball from the Happy Ads) and are just great people to deal with!!! Our rent has remained the same since we first singed with them over two years ago, absolutely no complaints here! Patrick, West Valley City, UT
