I have used Chem Clean for several years. I have always been very happy with the carpet cleaning they do for me. My carpet looked great as always after they cleaned for me this last time and the carpet cleaners are were very polite. Highly recommended.
Pros: Dries fast, very good service.
Cons: I've had trouble getting the day and time I want unless I call several days ahead.
